In triangles of the zigzag,
The very existence and its loyalty is called Aries...

Healing the Body, Mind and Soul
Tuning in with the Adi Mantra Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo
The Adi Mantra is the first technology of a Kundalini Yoga student or teacher. It is a meditation. It is a state of consciousness. It is the link between you as a finite personality and you as a flow of the infinite consciousness that guides the Kundalini energy. We always start a class or a personal practice with this mantra.
The Adi Mantra is used as a link whenever you teach or practice Kundalini Yoga. When you chant Ong Namo, you link to the Golden Chain and the fourth ether, and your “self” dissolves so you can serve through that flow. When you chant the complete Adi Mantra, you remain immersed in the relationship so you can receive personal guidance.
Practice this mantra to become a master of the ability to put aside your own fears, pride, expectations, and manipulations. Let the link of consciousness touch you and teach through you.

Healing Recipe
Black Garbanzos
Here in the west we are used to seeing the white garbanzos. But for nerve energy, there's nothing like those little black garbanzos. The black garbanzos grow in fields in India. During the rainy season there's so much lightening over these fields, that it looks like the fourth of July-electricity goes from the clouds to the ground and from the ground back up to the clouds! It's a very funny natural phenomenon to see. Normally people avoid these fields at this time, because they don't want to be electrocuted. These black garbanzos are very good for the nervous system, and help to control the electromagnetic field of the body. They are the most powerfully energizing food in the world. They are very good for health.
Wash the beans and soak them overnight. In the morning, drain them, and put them into a pressure cooker, and cook until soft. Then make a soup out of them. Or, you can use the following recipe:
Wash, drain, and soak 3 cups black garbanzo beans overnight. Cook at a slow boil in fresh water, for about 3 hours. Once soft, drain off most of the liquid, and return to the pot with about 1 cup of the cooking water.
In a large, thick-bottomed frying pan, heat on a medium fire:
1 1/2 Cup Mustard Oil
1 1/2 Cup sliced Ginger
2 sliced Onions
5-8 cloves chopped Garlic
3 chopped Jalapenos (optional).
Cook until soft. Then add:
2 pre-boiled Potatoes (cut into pieces)
1 tsp. Black Pepper
1-2 tsp. Black Salt
Cook for a few minutes. Then add the onion, ginger, garlic mixture to the beans in the original cooking pot. Cook over a low flame, stirring the ingredients for about 10 minutes. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves, chopped. (Note: extra black salt can be added to taste.)

Sat Nam,
I just finished reading a great recap by Gurumustuk Singh (in picture) on this year’s Summer Solstice Sadhana. I was very happy to hear that Solstice was a great success with more than 1500 people on site. While reading and looking at all the Solstice photos, I kept getting a fluttery feeling in my stomach. I Now realize just how much I enjoy Solstice and miss being there, reconnecting with all the people who revolve their life around this event, and of course the White Tantric Yoga experience. Don’t count me out for next year!
Thanks to everyone who sent responses to help me find a Kundalini Yoga center in Rome.
In service, En servicio, In servizio, In de dienst, No serviço,
