Healing the Body, Mind and Soul
Brush the Root of the Tongue
First thing upon arising brush the root of your tongue (if possible with 2 parts alum and 1 part salt) until you gag and your eyes water. The gagging will bring up two balls of mucus that collect overnight at the root of the tongue. This toxic mucus must come out before you swallow or it will go back into the body to produce headaches and pollution.
Cold Shower
Cold showers bring the blood out to the capillaries, cleanse the circulatory system and reduce the blood pressure in the internal organs, thus creating a flushing reaction in the internal organs that gives them a new supply of blood. They also strengthen the parasympathetic and sympathetic nervous systems and help to contract the muscles to eliminate toxins and poisons
Shower Quickie
Early in the morning, cold water in the eyes can do wonders. It is similar to a cold shower for the whole body and can help prevent many eye diseases.
