Healing Recipe
Paneer
1/2 gallon milk
juice of 2 lemons
Put milk in saucepan and bring to a boil. Add juices of 1 lemon for each quart of milk. Stir and allow to boil another few seconds. When curdled, strain through cheesecloth and squeeze liquid out to achieve desired consistency. For vegetable dishes like saag it should be very dry.
