3HO-TOGO HISTORY
Siri Gyan Khalsa is the first American who introduced kundalini yoga in Togo in the early nineteen-eighties. He arrived in Togo as a Peace Corps member, and he was appointed as an English teacher at Lome University. He started sharing the Teachings with Togolese students. In 1984 3HO-TOGO was officially established. I entered University in 1986 and quickly joined the community of yogis.
