The 6th Body: The Arcline
The sixth body, the Arcline, extends across the hairline and brow from ear to ear. It’s known as your halo. A strong Arcline gives you a good ability to focus, concentrate, and meditate. You are protected by your intuition and have an appreciation of family, beauty, a keen sense of justice and fair play. If the Arcline is weak, you may be easily influenced, unfocused, moody, unable to manifest your prayers, and you may need to work on the ability to fight off disease. To bring the Arcline into balance, awaken the pituitary gland through activities like pranayama, meditation, and healthy lifestyle choices. Meditate daily for at least 31 minutes with any meditation.
