The 21 Stages of Meditation: The Expressive Self
If you are interested in The 21 Stages of Meditation course, you have likely already begun practicing some form of meditation. This course will give you a dynamic experience and help you gain a greater understanding of the effects of meditation. You will feel confident to explore ways to go even deeper in your practice. This course is for anyone – whether you are a beginner or an experienced meditator from any tradition.
Meditation develops the Default Mode Network in your brain, helping you to stay on track in your life and in your thinking. This network can be developed in many ways – by playing a musical instrument or by having a hobby that you love – but meditation is a profound way to promote your sense of happiness and joy in your life!
In this program, participants can engage in three separate journeys. Each journey is comprised of seven stages, taking you step-by-step into a deeper level of awakening and realization. We will move through the rudimentary skills of meditation to the deeper levels of awareness and integration and finally into identity, projection, and merger in the infinite pulse of creation.
Each journey takes two days – you can choose to sign up for a single journey or complete all three journeys consecutively. The dates for our 21 Stages are:
Journey 1 – The Crystallized Self: March 11 & 12, 2023
Journey 2 – The Expressive Self: April 15 & 16, 2023
Journey 3 – The Transcendent Self: May 20 & 21, 2023
Journey 2 – April 15-16, 2023
The Second Journey is about the Expressive Self. The question here is how you express your Essential Self authentically and effectively. The skills you develop internally on this journey will help you maintain a deep connection with your True Self in your projections, manners, thoughts, and the various roles you play. Being your Essential Self is the only purpose in life, and this course will help you develop many of those skills. Ultimately, you’ll discover that it is much more relaxing to just be you, not just sometimes, but all the time.
