Meditation for Healing the Self

This is a simple, beautiful meditation for self-healing.

The Practice

Posture: Sit in Easy Pose. Arms are crossed, holding opposite shoulders. The left arm should be over the right. The shoulders should carry the weight.

Eyes: Closed.

Mantra: Ang Sang Wahe Guru

When originally taught, the musical version on Meditations for the Aquarian Age by Nirinjan Kaur was used.

Sing with the tip of the tongue.
