Comments:
Human beings are made up of five tattvas, or elements: earth, water, fire, air, and ether. This practice works to balance them, and in time, put them under your command.
Originally, it was taught that honest and regular practice of this meditation can change your entire destiny. By practicing for 31 minutes a day for 6 months, it was said that you can experience the Cosmos before your eyes, and if you chant it for 2-½ hours daily, for 6 months, you can command the five elements.
Work with an appropriate time and duration for you.
This meditation was originally taught on July 9, 1982 and can be found in I Am a Woman.
