Soothing Meditation for Teens

Do this meditation when you are angry or want to do something ‘bad.’ This meditation is best suited to children over 12 years old.

The Practice

Posture: Sit in easy pose with a straight spine.

Eyes: Focus the eyes on the tip of the nose.

Mantra: Say Wha five times. Then say Sa five times. 

If you need help concentrating, touch the tip of the nose with the index finger as you meditate. 

Continue for 11 minutes maximum.
