The Practice
Posture: Stand up and face your partner. Hold your partner’s left hand. Both partners raise your right hands parallel to the floor. Right upper arms are parallel to the ground. Lift up your left leg and balance on your right leg. The left leg doesn’t touch the right leg.
Eyes: Look into each other’s eyes.
Focus: Holding this position, let yourselves become as the god, Shiva, and the goddess, Shakti. Let your souls dance.
Hold this posture for 3 minutes, changing legs if necessary. To end, inhale, exhale, and relax.
