Inspire Yourself – Elevate the World!
Each of us is part of a greater energy balance. Ultimately our individual activity merges with our community, with our tribe, with the larger group’s activity. There then becomes no difference between you and me and us. Recognizing and celebrating this constant and continuous flow of spirit is what brings us to Summer Solstice. We are inspired to be part of something bigger than ourselves. We know that a very delicate and sublime sensitivity can be developed; first within ourselves, then outward to our community and then the world. Shakta leads us in Kundalini Yoga to keep us committed to our spiritual path. Then we meditate in a circle and are sensitized on a new level. We inspire ourselves and we elevate the world! - 5:30 – 6:30 PM: Dinner

Being Really, Really Me!
The world has lost its rudder it seems with multiple potentially world-ending crises. In this workshop, we delve into the deeply integrative and healing aspects of Integrative Being (also known as “Sat Nam”). We explore the psychology of what it is, what it feels like and what it looks like. We look at cultural affirmations of being true in a world of adulteration such as Alice in Wonderland, The Little Prince and ET: The Extra Terrestrial. We assess the damage done to our humanity and ecology on a global scale by a lack of intrinsic being. - 3:45 PM – 5:15 PM: Class with JivanJoti Kaur Khalsa & Dev Atma Kaur (@ Atma Shelter):
Practicing Japa to Become the Pearl
One of the most powerful types of meditation is the practice of Japa, the repetition of a mantra or shabd. The mantra is a seed, an icon of something more than our usual awareness. We rotate our mind on the axis of the mantra. We pass our feelings and thoughts through it, like a grinding, while we stay still in the state of Shuniya – a state of zero and neutrality. In so doing, our mind and body expands and heals. In this class, we will explore Japa through the subtle differences between Mantra and Shabd Guru. Mantras – are formulas that alter the patterns of the mind and the chemistry of the brain. Shabd Guru – Shabd means sound; Guru means teacher or knowledge that transforms you. We will practice and experience both and how they can be applied in our lives for healing in life and death. - 3:45 PM – 5:15 PM: Panel Discussion hosted by S.S. Prem Kaur, S.S. Jujhar Singh, S.S. Gatka helps you develop an enhanced awareness of the surrounding environment and opportunities around you. You learn to become victorious in any conflict and in all aspects of life. - 10:00 AM – 12:15 PM: Class with Nanak Nihal Singh (@ Atma Shelter):
Formulations of the formless
We experience the formless by practicing yoga, but what happens next? Yogic states of consciousness have no language. Language is important to teach the layperson inner experience. There are 7 billion people in the world who have sought out ways to feel better. Far less than a million practice Kundalini Yoga. Either it is missing a common language for communication with the rest of the world or it doesn’t make people feel better. Numerous studies show it likely isn’t the latter… Kundalini Yoga is effective yet misunderstood. We need a systematic narrative and communication of yoga — a formulation of the formless — that widely resonates with the population and is is honest. In this class we’ll explore bringing yoga to a larger audience with better communications. - 10:00 AM – 12:15 PM: Class with SS Satkirin Kaur Khalsa (@ SDI Shelter):

The Ancient Healing Art of Sat Nam Rasayan®: Developing the Projective Meditative Mind and the Pranic Body
Come heal and experience the healing power of this profound art with SiriSimran. Learn to clean where you cannot see, to ignite your spirituality, and to get into a state of experience and perception. Sat Nam Rasayan® is a healing art that uses a specific state of mind called the projective meditative mind to achieve a state of consciousness called Shuniya. In this state of Shuniya, you are merged, and there is no separation in your consciousness. You merge with the whole, where you are conscious and can contain the experience. When this silence becomes stable, there is the capacity to become transcendent. It is from this state that we have the capacity to heal. This is a universal ability of the human mind. When we are in a state of Shuniya, we are in a state of non-reaction. The main objective of Kundalini yoga is to arrive at this state of Shuniya, the point where we aren’t reactive and only experience.
In Sat Nam Rasayan, we cultivate our awareness to become aware of the subtleties that exist and how powerful they are in one’s healing and transformation. This is an extraordinary holistic healing art that teaches the practitioner how to enter into a deep meditative state and, at the same time, how to help others. Sat Nam Rasayan heals by presence of awareness and changes the imbalance of a person, place, or event at any moment. Learn to heal others and yourself, or simply come to be healed. - 2:00 PM – 3:30 PM: Class with Class with Guru Shabad Singh De Santis (@ Prem Shelter):

Sahej Yog – A Deep Dive Into the Pathway of Intuitive Ease, Elegance, and Natural Poise
“Sahej Yog” is a state of mind and being that becomes the one who practices Bhakti, Shakti, and Raj Yogas. “Sahej” is a state of continuous interaction with our higher consciousness that brings awareness and understanding of how to live naturally and intuitively in our world. We want to live without hassling and allow all that we need to come to us. The mystery lies in how we achieve it – the Mastery is in being it. The concept of “Sahej” is referenced by the Sikh Gurus throughout their teachings. How do we bring these teachings into our lives to create a relationship with ourselves, our Guru, and our higher consciousness, and how do we live in this reality? This class takes us from wanting knowledge to living the experience of the ultimate yogic journey. - 3:45 PM – 5:15 PM: Class with Dharam Dev Kaur (@ Prem Shelter):
The Yogi’s Way: (AI) Authentic Intelligence
With artificial intelligence and the lure of social media, we are losing our center. We are being conditioned to believe that something or someone outside of ourselves is the true or better “knower.” It is making us increasingly more insecure. We are developing shorter and shorter attention spans. Our nervous system is expecting instant wisdom soundbites. As soon as we read a few second quote on IG we forget it. We become addicted to find the next one that we forget in the same short time it took us to read it. As Yogi Bhajan taught us, when we meditate, we tap into our infinite intelligence and intuition. We have no doubts. This is the Yogi’s Way. Come cultivate your AI with us in group consciousness. - 3:45 PM – 5:15 PM: Class with Kirti Kaur Khalsa (@ Atma Shelter):

From Sat Nam to Wahe Guru!
Yogi Bhajan ji introduced us to the mantra “Sat Nam” although is not a centrepiece of traditional Sikh culture. Though we received pushback from orthodox Sikhs, we in 3HO stuck with it and it has served us well. In this workshop, we investigate the roots of Sat Nam in early Sikh history and Gurbani. Leaving theology and its unhelpful translation “God’s Name is True”, we explore the real meaning of Sat Nam, how it can meaningfully be presented even to a child, and how it feels to go, as Yogiji once said “from Sat Nam to Wahe Guru”. - 3:45 PM – 5:15 PM: Class with SS Rupinder Kaur Khalsa (@ SDI Shelter):
