Service Exchange Application – Registration Check-in Team

Setting a friendly, inviting and calm atmosphere for participants as they arrive at the Solstice site is the most important function of the Registration Check-In Team. To create this requires a team that is able to stay composed and organized when registration becomes very busy.

Our work is detail-oriented and requires patience and grace. You will serve Solstice participants by completing the check-in process online, handing out badges, and supporting in other ways that provide a great start to their Solstice experience. This is a good place to practice a humble, service-oriented attitude. All team members must be comfortable with and adept at using computers.

You will be working closely with 3HO Customer Service and other staff members.

Requirements:

You must be available for the entire duration of the event.
Prepare to serve 5-6 hours per day.
Arrival on Wednesday June 11th
Start serving on Thursday, June 12th
Serve until noon on Saturday, June 21nd

When faced with a difficult situation (or person), how are you able to manage this stress while still being present, kind and available to those needing help and also to your teammates?

Please be aware that solo parents of children ages 0-11 years old who would like to serve at Solstice are required to serve in the Solstice Youth Camp.

If you are bringing your children and opting not to serve in the Solstice Youth Camp, you will need to have support for them other than yourself. Please describe your arrangements here.
