Summer Solstice Sales and Refund Policy
Refunds requested before May 31 for Summer Solstice
- If you wish to cancel your registration before May 31, a cancellation fee of $150.00 will apply. You also have the option to transfer your ticket to someone else to attend the Solstice you registered for. Refund or transfer requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] before the proposed dates above.
- This policy also applies to Service Exchange participants.
Transfers between June 1 to Day 1 of Summer Solstice
- No refunds will be issued from June 1 for Summer Solstice, but your payment may be transferred to someone else to attend the Solstice event you paid for. Transfer requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected].
Refund or transfer policy from June 13th until the end of the event
- Starting from the first day of the event, no refunds or transfers will be permitted.
- By registering for either Solstice, you agree to these terms.
Service exchange no-shows and late arrivals
- No-Show Service Exchange attendees. Any Service Exchange attendee who pays the Service Exchange fee but does not show up to serve will have the difference between the Service Exchange fee of $425 and the full price adult event fee of $940 charged to their credit card.
- Service Exchange attendees who come later than the arrival date set by the area managers for their team will be charged to their credit card an additional $54 per day until their arrival.
- Service Exchange attendees agree to fulfill the service they signed up for in exchange for attending the event at a reduced rate.
3HO Shuttle Service
All purchases for shuttle services are final and non-refundable due to the advance planning and commitments required to secure transportation services. Shuttle arrangements involve pre-booking vehicles and scheduling drivers based on expected demand. These costs are incurred regardless of usage, ensuring availability for all participants.
