Kundalini Yoga Meditation (Page 14)
Kriya to Recognize the Other Person Is You
You and every person share a common nucleus; a still point that is by nature infinite. It is both before and beyond our normal sense of time and space, and yet gives birth to all that is experienced in time and space.
Pulse Meditation
This is a good meditation to help you get in touch with the inner self. It will also help if you are scattered and want to settle down, or if you are already quiet and want to go deep into the core of yourself. It’s a good meditation for beginners and to develop the ability of concentration in action. It allows you to control your reaction to any situation and can bring sweetness and one-pointedness to the most scattered mind.
Rebirthing Meditation
Burn off all the negativity, shame, and guilt of the past and the present. Rebirth yourself with this meditation and feel bright, light, positive and hopeful.
Movement Meditation for Overcoming Grief
If available, you may practice this meditation sitting or standing comfortably in water–in your bathtub at home, in a swimming pool, in a lake, a river, or the ocean when it is calm.
Mandhavani Kriya: Mantra to Clear Blocks
Mandhavani means being in the presence of intelligence, beauty, and profound caring. It is a state of joy. It’s when you’re so happy that you feel the hand and grace of God accompany each breath and effort.
Experience the Gift of Life
Experience the gift of life by doing this Kundalini Yoga meditation. Begin with only 3 minutes and slowly increase the time to 31 minutes.
Ganpati Kriya
This meditation is said to redeem all negativity of the past and present, smooth out your day-to-day problems, and create a positive tomorrow. It can change your luck and allow prosperity to flow. It allows you to let go of attachments to the mind and to the impact of past actions, so you can create and live a fulfilled life.
Meditation to Listen without Fear
To be able to truly listen, and to act on what we know, we need inner security. Otherwise, even though certain arguments or suggestions may be rational and positive, they are hard to hear and to act on.
Meditation to Heal a Broken Heart
To heal the emotional wounds of the heart, we need to bring calm to the nerves that hold the wound. A break in relationship (to others or to our Self) has almost identical reactions in the nervous system and brain as a physical injury or loss of limb.
Long Ek Ong Kars
It is said that this meditation can balance all of the chakras, open the solar plexus, liberate you from the cycle of time and karma, and unite you with the Divine.
